Bio
Hello everyone! My name is Jorge Uribe, I was Born in Colombia and my passions for arts and crafts started at a very young age, from playing piano, being part of musical groups, graphic design, painting, and photography, I was introduced to floral design a few years after I moved to the US.
I own a flower studio, and my works range from retail to weddings and events, combinings my passion for flowers with my love for photography.
In recent years I became part of AIFD, The American Institute of Floral Designers, and I have been part of the National board of directors as the Northeast representative.
In 2018 I finished my studies for EMC and graduated, currently I am a member of the EMC Education Team. I am always ready to help, guide, and support others, sharing knowledge to help them grow.
What Is Your Approach To Design?
My inspirations come from Nature, architecture, and Photography, I always think of the outcome before starting design.
