Flower design is a big part of my life and I want to experience a variety of works with flowers. At the present, my focus is on teaching and freelancing. I do a lot of floristry classes in my country, Chile, and I am also an EMC Coach, but in the past I also had a company for events flowers and I have participated in many collaborative projects. This is my first competition and I am very excited to feel the thrill of it in Panama! Looking forward to improving myself by getting out of my comfort zone.
What Is Your Approach To Design?
Design is a form of expressing emotion for me. I love working with asymmetrical designs and using floral and non-botanical lines in my creations. Discovering intricate combinations and building up estheticaly beautiful constructions, while also functional, is something I am passionate about.
What Do You Love About Competing?
For the moment, I mostly love the idea of trying something new. It was quite unexpected that I got this invite to compete and I am happy to just enjoy the ride and give it my best.
