Competition takes place from 2:30 to 4:30 PM on Monday September 2. Winner/champion announced September 4th during the gala dinner after the top ten create their final surprise designs.

• Competitors are required to bring all materials (hard goods only, not fresh flowers) to construct an armature/structure onsite during prep time.
• Armature/structure cannot be assembled in advance, must be created during prep time. 
• All bouquets must contain a cascading element.
• All fresh flowers and foliages will be provided.
• Colors: Fresh flowers will be white and cream.
