Task 4 | Floral Fashion – Carnival Headpiece

Competition takes place from 2:30 to 4:30 PM on Tuesday September 2.
- Competitors are required to bring all materials (hard goods only, not fresh flowers) to construct an armature/structure onsite during prep time.
- Armature/structure cannot be assembled in advance, must be created during prep time.
- All bouquets must contain a cascading element.
- All fresh flowers and foliages will be provided.
- Colors: Fresh flowers will be white and cream.
