Competition takes place from 2:30 to 4:30 AM on Tuesday September 3. Winner/champion announced September 4th during the gala dinner after the top ten create their final surprise designs.

• Competitors are required to bring a pre-made “frame” for the headpiece.
• No decorative, no adornments can be placed on the frame in advance.
• Competitors must also bring all materials (non fresh) to create the actual design during prep time.
• The judges will test the integrity of the headpiece by moving and placing the headpiece on a model’s head. 
• All fresh flowers and foliages will be provided.
• Colors: fresh flowers will be in bright and vibrant colors.
• Competitors may bring with them a mannenquin head to support your headpiece.
• You will not be judged on the mannenquin head or support item.
